HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

All orders take 3-14 business days from purchase date to be processed and delivered unless otherwise stated. Although our products are generally shipped within 2-5 business days, items typically come sooner. All of our items go through thorough inspection before shipping from our warehouse.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email and once your order is shipped, you will be emailed your tracking information through PayPal or directly to your email address. Any orders that are placed on Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. To track your order at anytime, you'll be able to use your UPS of USPS Tracking number.

REFUND POLICY:

All sales on our website are final sale, being a small company we cannot accept returns or exchanges at this time. If you receive a damaged good or the wrong item or size from us feel free to contact us.

Please make sure you are ordering the correct item in the correct size, if you need more info on the size of an item you can find in our size chart or feel free to ask us via email.

Do not send back the items unless you have already contacted us and have been given a confirmation email.
