HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

All orders take 3-14 business days from purchase date to be processed and delivered unless otherwise stated. Although our products are generally shipped within 2-5 business days, items typically come sooner. All of our items go through thorough inspection before shipping from our warehouse.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email and once your order is shipped, you will be emailed your tracking information through PayPal or directly to your email address. Any orders that are placed on Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day. All orders are shipped via UPS,FedEx, USPS, or Other services. To track your order at anytime, you'll be able to use your Tracking number.

All sales on our website are considered final. However, if you receive a damaged product, incorrect item, or wrong size, please contact us. If the issue is determined to be a result of our error, we will evaluate the possibility of an exchange or refund.

Please ensure that you are ordering the correct item and size. If you require additional information about the sizing of an item, feel free to contact us via email.

Do not send back the items unless you have already contacted us and have been given a confirmation via email.
